THE PROGRAMME WITH VITRIFIED DONOR OOCYTES

In this case, it is not a woman who we reserve but the already obtained oocytes. Usually, 5-7 oocytes are enough for the embryologists to get 2-3 embryos as a result. Here is what the technical side of the process looks like. We begin preparing the patient's endometrium and after it has reached the necessary size, we defreeze the oocytes (generally, on the 13th-15th day of the menstrual cycle), fertilize them with the husband's sperm and then transfer the embryo(s) in 3-5 days. This is a very good, expeditious programme with an up-to-the-mark percentage of pregnancies.
