In 1999, Dr Voznesenskaya graduated with distinction from the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy, whereafter she defended her thesis on «Antiphospholipid syndrome in Obstetrics» at the V.I. Kulakov Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology in Moscow and the National Hospital of Oslo. The thesis was presented at the 10th European Students' Conference at Charité Berlin.

In 1999-2002, she received her clinical residency training at Clinical Birth Centre №4. In these years, she also participated in various educational programmes and conferences: 2002 – the "New Horizons in Gynecological Endocrinology" conference; a two-month course on "Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology" at the V.I. Kulakov Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology; 2002 – a course on «Pathology of the Uterine Cervix. Colposcopy».

In 2002-2004, Dr.Voznesenskaya worked as a fertility specialist in Norway, having first verified her medical and specialist degrees and having received a full license for medical practice in Norway.

Having returned to Russia, in 2004-2006 she worked as an obstetrician/gynecologist. During this time, she also completed several further education courses: 2004 – a course on «Obesity in Gynecological Practice»; 2005 – advanced thematic training in Mammology; 2005 – Training in Sonographic Hysterosalpingoscopy.

Starting from 2006, she started practicing as a fertility specialist (IVF, controlled ovulation induction cycles, inseminations, IVF with donor oocytes, IVF with a surrogate mother, etc). Dr. Voznesenskaya continued her active clinical and scientific efforts. In 2008, at ESHRE (the world's largest scientific conference in Reproductive Medicine) in Amsterdam she presented the results of the study on the prevention of the ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. In 2009, Dr. Voznesenskaya completed her training at the CATO clinic (Tokyo, Japan) where she participated in the development of a minimal ovarian stimulation protocol. The results of this work were reported at a conference in Yokohama, Japan in 2010. In 2011, she received training in Hong Kong on the organization of gynecological clinics including IVF laboratories.

Since May, 2011 Dr. Voznesenskaya has been actively participating in the work of the Department of Andrologic Endocrinology under the management of S.Yu. Kalinchenko as well as in a cycle of lectures on Male and Female Infertility and the preparation for IVF programmes. In 2011-2012, she conducted multiple educational courses on Infertility Diagnosis and worked in the leading clinics of Azerbaijan.

Dr.Voznesenskaya speaks English, German and Norwegian.

At present, she works at the Department of Women's Health of the European Medical Center (EMC).
